Well I am back from work and it was a bit of a nutty night. At the last minute, I was involved with feeding baby woodchucks. They are adorable but have VERY feisty personalities. I was also getting a lot of attitude from the ducks! Erin informed me that maybe one was mad at me because I kept calling him a her. There was this poor pigeon that was literally laying on it's back with it's legs sticking out. It had some kind of spinal paralysis. That was something you don't see everyday. We have a hissing jumping snapping turtle that I needed to tend to, as well as an off balance blue jay. Just another night at work. Last time I saw a snapping turtle having a nebulizer treatment, again, a first. K~

Hey dear. i wish i would have had a place like yours to send the falcon to. but woodchucks sound COOL.
love the lantana. speaking of, i guess my spring trip for plants will be more like mid summer. i need to call so we can chat about free weekends. we can still plant shop in july, right?!
i really like the idea of baby woodchucks. i love your job ;)
Kirsten those woodchucks, who look like beavers, appear to be plotting something. Bobbie, can't comment on your blog, I'll figure it out later, BUT, how we Seattlelites tolerate rain is by having 25 straight days without it. It has been awesome and nice payback for the absolute crappy spring last year.
I love woodchucks! You have the coolest job ever.
